This attic conversion transforms unused roof space into a spacious master suite featuring a 31.85m² bedroom, 6.96m² ensuite, and 3.82m² walk-in wardrobe.
The design includes a bright lounge area and dedicated office space, maximising natural light and functionality within the existing roof form. Careful spatial planning ensures comfort, flow, and privacy while maintaining architectural harmony with the existing structure.

This project converts an unused attic into a practical and efficient bedroom space measuring 12m², with an overall floor area of 16.65m² including storage.
The design focuses on maximising functionality within a confined roof structure, incorporating built-in wardrobes, a study desk, and accessible attic storage.
A 2m central headspace provides comfortable circulation while maintaining efficient use of volume.
The drawings were prepared for an Exemption 5 planning application, ensuring the proposal met compliance requirements while delivering a well-balanced and livable design solution.

This project involved the design of a simple yet proportionally balanced porch for an existing dwelling. The client requested visual representations to understand how the new porch would integrate with the existing façade and to assess the aesthetic relationship between the entrance door and overall house proportions.
The final design achieved a cohesive and visually harmonious addition that enhances both the functionality and curb appeal of the home.
Tiny Home/ Modular Home Planning Permission
This project involved the design and completion of a compact, fully functional tiny home positioned as an independent living unit adjacent to an existing dwelling.
The design prioritised simplicity, efficiency, and comfort within a minimal footprint. High-quality materials, including vertical CEDRAL cladding and anthracite grey finishes, were used to ensure durability and aesthetic consistency with the main house.
Large glazed openings maximise natural light and create a strong visual connection to the surrounding landscape, while careful proportioning and roof pitch maintain a contemporary yet context-sensitive appearance. The project exemplifies practical, efficient design tailored to client needs and site constraints.
